Dani holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Stacia Garr

Stacia is a researcher, and thought leader on talent management, leadership, D&I, people analytics, and HR technology. A frequent speaker and writer, her work has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal as well as in numerous HR trade publications. Stacia co-founded RedThread Research in 2018 after leading talent and workforce research for eight years at Bersin by Deloitte. Before Bersin, Stacia spent nearly five years conducting research and creating learning content for the Corporate Leadership Council, part of CEB/Gartner. She has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and undergraduate degrees from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.

Caitlin Bigsby is the Director of Product Marketing at Visier. She has 25 years of experience in HCM software solutions and has worked with dozens of organizations over the years to help them maximize the value of their investments, in both their people and their software. Caitlin shines a light on how analytic insight can elevate the strategy of Human Resources. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Tobi.

Effie Rangou, VP of Advisory Services, brings a practitioner’s perspective to talent development technology transformation initiatives. In this role, she partners with Executives and their teams to drive and activate a skills-driven learning strategy to better prepare for the future of work. Effie’s career in talent management and development, with a focus on technology and digitization, spans Financial Services in two continents (UK, USA). She has led talent and workforce analytics teams at BlackRock, with her most recent role at Citi as the Global Head of Digital Learning prior to joining Degreed in 2018.
